So I just wanted to share a little trick that I have found really helps me....I have found myself snacking at work because I am so busy and stressed that I just do it to keep my mind from the stress.....Well I have decided its not worth it cause it isnt the good snacks like you said to keep available they dont keep out of the fridge so I chew gum...I keep 3 different flavors of extra in my drawer and I switch it up throughout the hour to keep from being mundane. Little trick to try if anyone is a gum chewer
